Rumourmills say Malayalee actress Bhavana has been selected for the second lead role in the director saran's mega budget film. Ajith and Bhavana were signed up to play the lead roles in Bala's 'Naan Kadavul', but somehow both of them backed out later and the coveted roles went to Malayalam actress Arya and Pooja. Arya is from Kasaragod district of Kerala.
Another Malayalam actress Mamtha Mohandas is signed for this film, but later she has refuced to act in this film. Mamatha Mohandas is a talented actress from Kerala. She has done many Malayalam and Tamil films.
